The MCP server exposes 165 tools, each one a command under its registry name, with the command’s own input schema as the tool schema. An agent that holds a narrow key reaches exactly what the key carries: the scope check is the kernel’s, not the server’s, so there is no proxy rule to keep in step.

Reads are tools too, under their read names — an agent can look before it writes.
