read.internal.promotion_activity

One promotion’s change trail: who ran which command against it, and when. Joins the operator audit to the event that names the promotion (the audit itself stores no target). Only commands that emitted an event appear, and history ends at the audit retention window, which travels with the answer. Internal face.

• Auth: ★ Internal read (operator) — a tenant credential is REQUIRED; requires the audit.read scope. The tenant is resolved from the CALLER’s identity, never from store. Personal fields come back MASKED for an actor without pii.read (the shape is unchanged).
