What these BASKETS of (sku_id, qty) cost right now: per basket, the subtotal, the discount, the total and the per-line split — the same engine, candidates and allocation the kernel uses when it prices a cart. Each basket is priced on its own (a basket becomes its own order, so an order-class promotion is never spread across two). Anonymous: computed with no buyer and no payment method, so it is true for anyone. It is the GOODS and not the order — there is no delivery in a quote, so freight is not in the total. A sku that is unknown, inactive or unpublished in this store is named in unpriced_sku_ids instead of being dropped in silence.
