read.internal.payment_offers

For every store of the tenant, every INSTALLED payment app — whether that store offers it and its position, in the order the checkout lists them (no row = offered, install order). What the admin’s per-store offer switch is built from. Internal face.

• Auth: ★ Internal read (operator) — a tenant credential is REQUIRED; requires the extensions.read scope. The tenant is resolved from the CALLER’s identity, never from store. Personal fields come back MASKED for an actor without pii.read (the shape is unchanged).
